UK Test Tutor ("we", "us", "our") operates the website uktesttutor.com, an online platform to help people prepare for the Life in the UK Test.
By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
We offer free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly, quarterly, or yearly basis. All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date via the billing portal in your account settings.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access until then. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us within 14 days of the charge.
All content on this platform — including questions, explanations, and design — is owned by UK Test Tutor or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
The Life in the UK Test is administered by the Home Office. We are an independent preparation service and are not affiliated with or endorsed by the Home Office or any government body.
Our platform is provided for preparation purposes only. We do not guarantee that use of our service will result in passing the Life in the UK Test. Results will vary depending on individual effort and circumstances.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, UK Test Tutor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
